This location discriminates against town of Norton Residents. My Moms house is 500 Ft away from Wheaton College. She can literally see their baseball field bleachers from her window. She's disabled. They refused to deliver to her address claiming they don't deliver to the town but what town is the College in again? She questioned why their ads are all over the College and her student helper says they deliver there, they told her to "meet them at the College". Incredible!

I have historically had excellent experience with this location. Suffice to say the majority of that experience was when I was a college student and did not have very high expectations for quality.
That said, tonight I was displeased. Viewing the order "tracker," my food sat for 10 minutes before leaving the store. I live 10-15 minutes away and it took nearly 20 minutes. No salad dressing.
The food was quite delicious, though most things will taste delicious at 11pm when you've been waiting over an hour for your food. The driver was very nice and I tipped him well.
I'll order from here again, though this is the second time in the last few months they have forgotten something (my boyfriend ordered and paid for lava cakes, no lava cakes came and we were told my Domino's account would be credited for a free order of them). I'd call the "store," but if you do, you're put on hold for fifteen minutes before a human picks up... -

I have been ordering pizza from this location for years. Mistakes have happened and I try to overlook them and just understand being short staffed. However, I'm done. Within the last few months I have experienced extremely long wait times. Just today I ordered ONE pizza at 3:35pm and it was delivered at 4:56pm. I called TWICE after the tracker said it was out of the oven (which was before 4pm) and they just kept saying it's on its way. My house is 0.6 miles from this location. According to the tracker the delivery guy left the store at 4:38pm. Over an hour after I ordered and still took nearly 20 minutes to get here. And when he did he didn't have a pen for me to sign and when I said I didn't have one either he said "well you have to sign" so I spent another ten minutes running around my house looking for a pen.
